35 min Cardio
10 min Arms/lifting

My eating today
Lunch: Wrap with chicken veggies and cheese
Snack: Watermelon & Blackberrys
Dinner: Chicken with a potato and potatocream
Snack: Iced Coffee with cream (i don’t see it as a binge, cause it felt good drinking it :) )
AND TONIGHT: Full body work out (cardio/strength) = 1:15h
I am pretty pleased with myself today!

Sometimes i forget how important it is to always have a positive mind. i am a different person when there is too much negative energy in my life - nothing seems right and nothing can make me happy. i don’t see the little great things and i don’t feel anything than beeing down/sad/angry. i only see the things i don’t have.

just had lunch:
wrap with chicken, salad, tomato, onion and a little cheese, was pretty good :)
i think i’ll have eggs and a ofen potato for dinner… nomnom :)
