Lunch: Wrap with chicken veggies and cheese Snack: Watermelon & Blackberrys Dinner: Chicken with a potato and potatocream Snack: Iced Coffee with cream (i don’t see it as a binge, cause it felt good drinking it :) ) AND TONIGHT: Full body work out (cardio/strength) = 1:15h I am pretty pleased with myself today!
